Job Description
- Position: Telecaller / Business Development Executives
- Day Shift: 10 am to 7 pm
- Language: English & Kannada or Hindi
- Salary: up to 18000
- Experience: Fresher - up to 2 years
- Qualification : undergraduate / any graduate
- Should be able to update the customer knowledge regarding company service offerings.
- Generating New sales & cross selling & up selling our services to key clients
- The position will be responsible for identifying, mapping and qualifying potential sales opportunities.
- Proactive in terms of fixing meetings for sales executives
- Coordination with Sales team for their target/achievement and all sales related activities
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate effective solutions accordingly.
- Excellent presentation Skills
