Job Description:

We are looking for driven Business Development who can onboard new NGOs/Corporate/Social Enterprises and non-profits working towards social causes in India and participate in efforts to increase new campaign creators. The role is a fulltime role based out of our Mumbai office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Play an active role to support the business development function to ensure the growth of the startup
  
• Onboard new nonprofits/NGO's/Corportes/Social Enterprises, help them to create campaigns and identify attractive programs for fundraising
  
• Set up partnerships for online and offline events
  
• Conduct research, company and/or industry experts’ interview, survey and/or on-site visit, and market and competitive analysis
  
• Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators
  
• Organize and attend meetings with nonprofits/NGO's/Corportes/Social Enterprises to provide guidance to make the campaign successful.
  
• Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed
  

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Business/Management Studies/Social Sector studies
  
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
  
• Ability to multitask
  
• Must have excellent time management skills
  
• Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
