Job Description
Job Title: Business Development (Sales) Interns
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Building sustainable and long-term relationships with key opinion leaders/doctors in assigned territory by involving them in our scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency.
- Scouting to find commercially beneficial liquidation partners (doctors, stockist, hospitals, & distributors)
- Formulating innovative yet cost-effective marketing & promotional activity to cross-sell
- Following up with customers/hospitals to resolve any issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Creating and executing a plan for conducting scientific activities such as CMEs, developing CRM strategy, and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of listed HCPs in the prescribed territory
- Scheduling appointments and making pre-planned sales presentations to customers
- Mapping potential of territory & developing new KOLs
- Ensuring the availability of the product to service the customer and managing distributors
- Preparing and submitting sales reports, forecasts, & documents as required, in a timely & accurate manner
- Reviewing and analyzing customer prescriptions/product sales and establishing improvement plan to achieve the sales objectives
Profile Description:
Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are available for duration of 6 months
- trained BPharma , BSC Chemistry or MBA
- have relevant skills and interests
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018/19
Other requirements:
- Additional stipend details: The incentives would be performance-based and may range up to Rs. 3000/Month
- The candidate must have his/her own vehicle (mandatory)
Perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Pre placement offer (PPO), 5 days a week.
Stipend: Rs 2000 /Month + Incentives
