  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Business Development Manager Job Duties:
  • Responsible for market research and developing marketing strategies and client interactions for introducing company in new markets.
  • Generating and qualifying new leads through cold calling after intensive research
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Maintain MIS, and generate reports for future sales planning
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Review growth targets by identifying business opportunities based on market insights and in-house expertise.
  • Constant account mining for repeat business from existing clients.
Soft skills:
  • Presentable
  • Proven experience in IT Sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Must have sound PR & Public Speaking skills.
  • Should have ability to initiate engaging discussions.
  • Ready to travel if required
