Job Description

About the Internship:

Drive category-wise & product-wise primary sales growth and secondary penetration in HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, catering) outlets in the territory
Distributor & client management including maintaining relationships
Daily coordination, reporting to revenue management team
Talk about food concepts, explain cost-benefit to customers

Pre Placement Offer(PPO) shall be given based on the performance of the entire internship.
Other requirements:

Vehicle is compulsory or else use public transport
Work under stress, achieve targets and travel in region
A keen interest in culinary food especially continental, world cuisines
Strong communication skills, active networking in chef community

Additional Information:

A travel allowance of Rs 250 per day (avg Rs 50 per meeting) would be provided.
The target for travel allowance is 4-5 meets a day.
The incentive of getting a new distributor first billing would get 1,500 incentive.
A new customer first billing makes it 250 per customer.
The quarterly incentive and rewards schemes will be additional to the above.
