Job Description
1. Reporting to the manager
2. Ensuring the overall production is cost-effective & meeting quality standards
3. Tracking production schedules, container and label procurement, QC, Reports & dispatches
4. Managing the firm's supply portfolio by identifying and onboarding potential manufacturers
5. Designing efficient sourcing and category management strategies
6. Negotiating favorable terms on pricing, payment, delivery lead times, and other key areas
7. Performing ongoing supplier evaluation and improvement
8. Continuous improvement of sourcing activities by identifying and implementing best practices
9. Identifying risks and having checked in place to minimize them

1. The candidate has 1 year of experience as a sourcing/procurement executive/manager, ideally within manufacturing coming
2. You are familiar with vendor management relationship management
3. You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels
4. Must be able to multitask
5. Have a certain amount of professionalism
6. Be able to manage time and people efficiently
7. Be willing to adapt and collaborate with the factory environment
8. Be able to prepare reports and plan
9. Able to work under pressure
