Job Description
1. Handle communication with vendors whilst ensuring completion of relevant documents/vendor agreements, coordinating content, and product orders
2. Help execute orders, attend to customer queries, requests, and coordinate deliveries
3. Support the team in daily administrative tasks, needful research, and managing information, data, and records
4. Support in updating and posting supervised social media and website content
5. Respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails
6. Assist with order packaging, dispatches, order tracking, and deliveries.
Note: Artofa is looking for an eager/passionate intern interested in joining a women-led startup bringing creativity, technology, convenience, and novelty to the gifting industry. In this role, you'll assist in multiple business aspects right from the time of launch and you will gain tremendous experience. You will be able to hone your planning, strategy, support, communication, and execution skills. You will be a part of a collaborative team, working closely with the founders but will be expected to also work autonomously.

1. Must have recently graduated from a university or should be pursuing an undergraduate degree in a business program (only for final year students)
2. Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
3. Any design/coding related experience or knowledge will be considered helpful
4. Any prior internship/work experience with e-commerce/startups will be considered
5. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated to solve problems and to take charge of new tasks
6. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Must have a strong desire to learn along with professional drive and work ethic
8. Must be willing to work 4-6 hours daily for 5 days of the week
Note: Flexible timings and work from home will also be possible periodically.
