Designation: Business Development
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage, nurture and convert suspects/prospects into leads for sales opportunities
2. Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate leads
3. Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system
4. Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
5. Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and the team
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business ethics
