Introduction:

We are looking for a suitable candidate who can work as BD Manager with a team of individual consultants. This is a Work from Home Opportunity. Following profiles would suit this role the best:

Job Role & Responsibilities:

·         Identification & Profiling of Companies that can be approached for offering Research Services

·         Approaching identified companies through Email Campaigns

·         Coordinating discussions with interested companies including arranging calls, developing proposals and doing follow-ups

 Essential Skills:

·         Strong hold on doing research through Google for identification of Companies & Management

·         Utilizing Linkedin for finding Management

·         Finding Email Ids by utilizing various Email Validation Tools

·         Appropriate hold on English language for writing Emails to Senior Management of Prospective Clients

·         Utilizing Excel for Creating & Maintaining Databases

·         Basic knowledge of using Skype for internal communication

·         Knowledge of Powerpoint (Not Essential but Desired)

Compensation:

·         Fixed Salary of INR 8,000 Per Month

·         Appropriate Incentives on achieving and exceeding pre defined Targets

Work Schedule & Timings:

·         Monday to Friday (9 a.m.-5p.m.)

·         Essential to be available on Skype during the entire working hours
