Job Role: Business Development Manager

Introduction to the Role:

We are looking for a young, energetic, dynamic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills to become a part of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a person who likes to network and brings great accounts from international markets. This role will require someone with great communication skills, strategic thinking, and solution-providing attitude, strong commitments, and a long-term vision to be part of a fast-growing Technology start-up from New Jersey and with a development centre in Ahmedabad.

This role will help the candidate to work under some of the most experienced leaders from the industry and understand the importance of offshore services in the international market.

The ideal profile shall have 2-4 years of experience from a company that is providing enterprise application development services and offshore resource hiring services to international clients with a good understanding of selling Microsoft technology and other enterprise software development services. The person shall be savvy with social media tools used for such activities and also well versed with the cold email/ cold calling processes.

Qualifications

MBA/Post Graduate/ BE from any Management or technical stream. Should have worked in a reputed company providing enterprise service to the international market.

Experience

2-4 years in the IT outsourcing industry.

Job Description

·         2+ years of relevant experience in selling IT services and business development with clients from the International Market. Exposure to USA/Canada and European market.

·         Clear with the concepts and working of the offshore outsourcing IT industry.

·         Experience of working in a company providing Enterprise IT services like Cloud, Microsoft Technologies, etc.

·         Ability to find the right type of projects/clients for the company. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.

·         Understanding of outbound lead generation using social networks. Searching partners, decision-makers, and prospects through LinkedIn.

·         Arrange calls/meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in presenting new services. Ability to face clients online.

·         Understanding of pitching the right solution with strong Follow-up skills

·         Excellent analytical and time-management skills. Able to work with multiple activities simultaneously, with competing and conflicting deadlines.

·         Impeccable level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
