Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The business development manager is in charge of developing business solutions. The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. They will manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
Responsibilities
· Responsibility For The Successful Delivery Of The Marketing Plan.
· Generate New Leads And Convert Business From New And Current Clients.
· Reach Interior Designers / Architects / Developers for new leads
- Identifying prospective New Clients to generate business
- Deep understanding of Products Approval Specifications thru Consultants Architects.
- Good Relationship with Consultants / Architects Interior Designers.
- Formulating Business Goals, Short term and Long-term budgets and developing a business plan for the achievement of these goals.
· Perform sales activities for the Custom Furniture / Workstation / Office Furniture etc
· Track the sales activities with existing interior designers and architects
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
· Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Work Experience in Interior Field: Mandatory minimum 2 years
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Required
Total Marketing Experience: 3-5 years (Required)
Education: • Bachelor's degree
