Job Description
- Sales, Marketing and Relationship management
- Achieve Power Quality Product targets across all products through a focussed approach.
- Achieve Business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets.
- Identify areas/industries/segments to market InPhase Power Quality Products
- Effectively launch, penetrate and establish InPhase Power Quality products across your region
- Generate inquiries for Power Quality products through effective business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report relevant market and business intelligence like market development, competition analysis, pricing and strategies, etc time to time to meet organizational objectives and needs
- Liaison with Consultants/Auditors resulting in approvals of the Power Quality products of InPhase.
- Build effective relations with major customers, consultants, distributors, dealers, etc. resulting in sales of HA products.
- Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation
- Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer
- Involve in negotiation of commercial terms, receivables management and travel extensively to meet customers

InPhase Power is a Power Quality and Power Conversion Company that Designs, Develops and Manufactures Semiconductor based power quality inverters for large, medium, Industrial applications majorly in steel, cement, process and textile. Inphase develops products like Active Filter, Solar Inverter's. Since its inception Inphase has so far sold more than 140 products to 70+ industrial customers including TATA, Shree Cement, BHEL, Whirlpool, Ultratech, CoCo-Cola ,and many more, including an installation at Mozambique for Midal Cables which is the largest installation of its kind in Africa, Canada, Baharain.
