Job Description
Role: Business Development Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- One would be responsible for putting in place the defined sales/distribution strategy in the selected market.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using to existing and prospective customers
- By analyzing the existing TR International distribution business in order to decide which distributors fit best within the strategy.
- He/she will build the relationship with the selected distribution customers and support the distributor in generating demand from end customers.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Commercial accountability includes reaching margin & volume targets and establishing growth through the right choice of portfolio and marketing tools for given geographies.
- Perform cost-benefit of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Competitive activities, and the potential for new products and services.
- Furthermore, accountability involves working together with marketing, supply chain, and other distribution colleagues in order to increase our presence in the distribution market.
- Sales execution starts at the pre-contracting phase and ends with payment of the invoice.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing and proven ability to see an idea through to full implementation.
- High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and demonstrates good executive presence
