BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE BPO SALES BACKGROUND
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers9. Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales people10. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
11. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
12. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
13. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
14. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
15. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
16. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
17. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
18. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
