Sales Turnover 
  • Sell D-Rev’s’ flagship product, Brilliance within a territory
  • Negotiate and close sales in routine situations, and with guidance when handling more complex deals
  • Identify opportunities, recognize routine problems; analyze causes and recommend solutions
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan to manager, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives
Territory Management
  • Develop understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities 
  • Develop an effective and efficient plan to grow the territory and consistently exceed targets
  • Acquire a robust pipeline for customer acquisition in targeted hospitals
  • Identify tender/contract opportunities in government hospitals and work to close them 
  • Work with distributors and ensure that they are brand ambassadors for our products 
  • Identify new strategies for public-private partnerships
  • Identify and document key customers and decision makers
  • Identify and train doctors/nurses/technicians on science behind jaundice management and in-service to drive effective product usage through one-on-one sales calls, one-to-many training sessions 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of customers 
Product & Market Knowledge 
  • Develop understanding and continually enhance personal understanding of product's features, benefits, correct product application and usage
  • Develop expert knowledge in treatment for jaundice and phototherapy devices
  • Develop field knowledge by training programs, and learning from key end-users
  • Able to demonstrate application/ usage of products and differentiate them from competitor's products
  • Develop understanding of competitive products, their features-advantages-benefits 
  • Gather information on current practices, behaviors and attitudes
  • Vigilantly obtain usage data of all installed equipment and monitor adoption   Self-Development 
  • Actively self-learn strategies to maintain knowledge and improve job performance in specific areas
  • Emphasizes on effort to achieve high levels of performance in knowledge tests and competency assessments related to training 
  • Effectively apply new learning on the job
  • Maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes
