- We are Urgently Hiring BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS for our valuable client in Chennai.
- Experience : 1 - 3 years
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of successful sales and business development experience within the Healthcare industry.Has a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
- Has a contact / prospect network that is current and strong.
- Sourcing New opportunities through Cold calls and Emails and follow up on warm leads.
- Experienced and accomplished in delivering stand up executive level management presentations.
- Experience responding to RFPs and writing proposals.
- Proven aptitude to build high-performing teams, close business, build consensus, resolve conflict, solve tough business problems, roll-up sleeves and drive revenue.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills.
- Conducts affiliated physician office visit, work with internal teams, marketing, PR etc.,Leads the roll out of key initiatives, provides targeted training for physician, provides physician support for practice re-locations.
- Serves as liaison between affiliated physician.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Managing the hand off from sales to operations effectively so as to ensure a smooth start to each project.
- Win key accounts and account management.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new prospects through personal contact, tradeshows, outreach.
- Develop and execute on Annual Sales plan.
- Work location: Chennai.
