Hiring Business Development Manager

• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. 
• Work with team members to identify and manage potential leads. 
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. 
• Research and identify new market opportunities. 
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
  
• The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
  

Responsibilities and Duties

• New Business Generation.
• Be creative and implement activities to contact new customers and generate new business. Take 100% ownership of building and creating your own pipeline.
• Follow up with new & existing leads.
• Contact prospects and partners via phone calls or emails.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to plan for the future.
• Build relationships with Channel Partners’ Inside/Outside Sales teams and to hand-off qualified leads.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
• Drive revenues for the company by achieving top-line growth and exceeding targets given.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Masters

• Min 3 Years of experience in Business Development.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Flexible to work in a Startup Environment.
