an Assistant Manager/Manager-Business Development-Project & Infrastructure for one of our esteemed clients in Chennai.
Designation:- Assistant Manager/Manager-Business Development
Area of expertise:- Project & Infrastructure
Location:- Chennai
Experience:- 5+years
Responsibilities:-
- Business Development for all product portfolios for Projects Infrastructures and Projects (Railways. Airports, Sea Ports. Roads, Industrial projects, Powers Plants, Residential and Commercial)
- Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders.
- Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.
- Efficient in using marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.
- Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region.
- Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions
- Good communication and presentation skills
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate-Civil Engineering & MBA in Marketing with minimum of 5 years of business development/marketing experience in Projects and Infrastructures
