Business Development Manager

Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor(agents interacting with customers),
Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal
Financial Advisors

Building a team of PFAs:-

Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organization
Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs
Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs through handholding, participation in OJT, and ensuring their motivation to sell
Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organization's target

Experience Minimum 1 years sales experience.
A handling team of a minimum of 5 will be an added advantage
