- Build distribution network by recruiting Insurance Advisors in the assigned area by prospecting identifying and sourcing through BOP, and own network and follow ups.
- Ensure recruited advisors are coded and activated as per plan.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team of advisors month on month to acheive desire result as per there potential.
