Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Connect with CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management and Decision via emails and cold calling for Mobile Apps, Web development, Web designing and CRM.
- Schedule meetings / Conference calls with clients
- 2-5 years’ experience in lead generation for IT services in (US/UK/AUS markets) through in similar profile
- Good understanding of technologies (Mobile technologies, Web technologies and ERP/CRM)
- Calling all C’Level & decision in the AUS and pitch-in sales to generate leads for Web & Mobile.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Understanding customer’s specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Doing Promotion activities and Marketing Activities to achieve sales.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
