Job Description
This role will be accountable for:
- Growing our credit card vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability
- Keeping a tab on latest developments in the industry and identify growth opportunities for the company
- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities for new products, bank partners and channel partners
- Forging alliances and working out agreements with banks and channels to expand our product and service offerings
- Work along with sales teams to ensure that we deliver of the performance targets committed to our partners.
- Align our sales delivery model to meet customer, bank and channel expectations
- Past experience in building and expanding new product units, preferably credit card
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Ability to network and forge alliances
- Sharp industry insights and a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work in teams
- Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement
- Seeking individual with prior hands on experience in building credit cards sales business in India.
- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
- Strong command over English
- At least 5-8 year experience in selling of credit cards and financial products including personal loan, home loan, business loan
- Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations
