  • For our growing Lighting Business we are currently looking for an outstanding candidate for the position of Business Development Manager
  • Candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships in Smart City architectures or will execute Lead Generation programs in the market supporting sales creation.
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Create and drive deployment of the segment strategy across Madhya Pradesh.
  • Secure a planned and structured customer approach addressing key stakeholders.
  • Plan and effectively execute lead generation activities or market mapping or Development of secondary network.
  • Seeking approval from architects/ consultants/ Builders and development of institutional customers/ project customers.
  • Enables long term profitable growth through the development and execution of propositions, which are solution- and system based aligned with Global segment plans and roadmaps.
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Getting released delivery notes and coordinating with plant/depot for prompt deliveries 
  • Attending customer complaints and if require co-ordinate with technical team for resolution
Candidate Profile:
  • Knowledge: Any graduate - Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in sales, handing builders, preferably from Electrical Industries
Skills & Behavior:
  • Excellent Corporate Relationships skills, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Negotiation
  • Quick, Multitasked, Socially focused, persuader, Helpful, consensus builder
