- BDM Business Development Manager
- An International Company is Expanding his Business in Jabalpur and for that they need Skilled & Experience Sales Managers of any Stream.
- Determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume for new Clients.
- Implements National sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Implements International sales programs by developing Online sales action plans through Online Communication Tools.
- Completes National & International sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.
- Generate Leads and Converting them into Business.
- Maintaining relations with the existing Clients and get regular Business from them.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains National & International sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
