JD FOR BDM (Business Development Manager)-
- Candidate must have a pleasing personality.
- Good business communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience of client relationship and sales in small to medium size organization.
- Creative and assertive individual with a hunter mentality who can work well for developing business with new clients.
- Ability to work independently, self-driven and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Should have own conveyance/vehicle.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Education- Graduate / PG (MBA preferred)
- Skills – Leadership skill, Decision making skills, strategy making, Sales Skills, Customer Handling, Completive handling, Excellent presentation, sales negotiation skills.
- Abilities – Company branding and positioning
- Other characteristics – knowledge and understanding of real estate sector
- Frequent travel required.
- Experience – 0-3 years (fresher applicable)
- Salary: -Rs.12, 000/- to Rs18, 000/-month + Lucrative Incentive ( No bar for deserving candidates.)
