- Primary Role & focus is on new business development with monthly targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.

- Regular follow up with customers to ensure customer.
- Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts
- Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements
- Lead a team of Business Development Executives to peak potential and performance.
