Job Description
What is LaunchMyDrug?
- LaunchMyDrug is the easiest way for a pharmaceutical company to find a vendor.
- We are a global B2B platform to help bio-pharma companies find the right vendors for all their needs, right from drug discovery to development to launch.
- We want to reduce a vendor’s customer acquisition cost and we want to reduce a pharma company’s search and discovery cost.
- We have just started our journey and are counting on you to help us achieve our vision.
- We are a startup and are looking for a star handyman, one who is willing to help out wherever possible.
You are responsible for:
- On boarding partners and vendors from across the globe. You will either be in-charge or Asia or Europe & Americas.
- Supporting them once they are onboard
- Working on tie-ups and collaborations
- Along with the founders, you will also be helping in market research and data collection
- At the end of the day we are an early stage startup, so each one of us contributes in all departments and each one's contribution is responsible for shaping the product
- Have tact. Ability to convince users and at the same time, ability to tell them no without making them mad
- Have humility and patience
- Be unflappable. No flaps whatsoever. Comfortable working in a startup and taking up varied tasks.
- Above all, be truthful and sincere
- Interested in building a career in healthcare and life sciences
- Impeccable Communication Skills
- Fresher or less than 2 years experience
- 2.0 lacs to 2.4 lacs per annum (initially)
- You will be on a 3-month evaluation
- The stipend will increase based on performance and responsibilities
