Job Description
- Generate and qualify lead.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Carry out market research and surveys.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Experience of Handling HNI Clients.
- Maintaining sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
- Focused on new businesses to be acquired from the local market.
- Clearly mapping the growth of industries based on research and focuses to be associated in profile
of clients.
- Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real
estate products.
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
- Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
- Making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services for the scheduled
appointments.
- Accompanying the clients for the site visits and giving the complete information regarding the
facilities near the projects.
- Responsible to deal with large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate products.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
- Required to be constantly updated with the domestic and 2nd home real estate markets.
- Experience in Corporate sales and B2C Sales.
- Strong virtual team worker with the willingness to travel within the region.
- Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention
