Job Description
- Tracking sales of existing salesman.
- All over India distributor appointment and sales person to be appointed under them too.
- Track all distributor activity along with the sales person.
- Identify how to beat competitors in each area.
- Advertisement policy for each area different and cost effective designing.
- Encourage sales person as well as distributors after meeting with them.
- Help Distributor design strategies for better sales and help sales person with the same too.
- Achieve the annual growth goal set by the company.
- Pan India all FMGC malls / supermarkets should be connected with our distributor.
- Requires to be in outstation for approx. 20 days/month.
