Job Description
- To Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
- Generating leads and develop business relations with new and existing clients
- Give a presentation to clients about our company and services.
- Responsible for b2b lead generation & management, sales and business development across India.
- Responsible for End to End client conversion, retention of existing clients & reference clients.
- To focus on closures of referral clients and referral properties.
- To co-ordinate with all Internal branches and generate maxium properties from Internal branches.
- Developing and maintaining of database, Regular Reporting & Follow-ups
- If the candidate with relevant experience is appointed at a managerial level, he / she would be given a team to handle.
Skills Required:
- Very Good Communication Skills in English.Should have good and pleasing personality.Should have good convincing & negotiation skills.
- At least minimum 1 year or above years of experience required in the field of Commercial property in Real Estate Industry.
- Should have Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional Skills
