Responsibilities--
• Driving admission revenue.
• Concept selling, objection handling, negotiation and fees collection.
• Ensuring highest level of conversion ratio.
• Connecting 80 to 100 calls every day.
• Exploring cross selling and upselling opportunities.
• Adhering to the record keeping and documentation in ERP.
• Ensuring timely and accurate fees recovery.
• Managing student relationships.
• Managing student grievance.
Requirements--
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to develop strong relationship with students.
• Ability to drive sales process.
• No fear for rejection.
• Ability to work under sales target.
• Should be Self-motivated and should have initiative taking ability.
