- We are currently seeking a strategically minded Business Development Managers to support the sustained growth of a fit out division.
- The business comprises of several unique businesses units that provide a complete turnkey solution.
- We are now expanding our operations aimed at professional teams and therefore looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to facilitate this growth.
The Opportunity
- The ultimate goal as Business Development Manager to secure INR. 50 million + of new business through nurturing and managing relationships with professional project manager, architects and consultants.
- You will contribute to the strategic direction of the business unit, and hold a pivotal role in the successful development of the company's newest routes to market.
- You'll be an integral and contributing member.
- As a focal point for all aspects of potential opportunities, you will ensure that professional relations are developed and maintained with new clients and their representatives, as well as internal departments and consultants.
- You will be producing high quality information for lead generation and pre-qualifying potential new business to work out which services will be most appropriate.
- You'll aim to cross-sell as much as possible and will be expected to highlight any limitations or obstacles for business growth.
- Your experience in team assembly will be crucial as you'll be in charge of selecting and existing and prospective professional teams.
- This is very much a team-oriented position as you'll be working at a close level will everyone involved at all stages of the bid/tender process.
The Person
- The ideal Business Development Manager shall be MBA / Graduate and will have 10-15 years of substantial experience in the commercial property and construction industry, a strong background in business development, and an extensive network of industry contacts from your time networking in the sector.
- You must have a strong understanding of the office fit out market and the numerous procurement routes in it.
- You will be naturally confident and convey gravitas, show a proven track record in developing profitable new business opportunities within an existing client base, and be a born negotiator, with a track record of having managed and completed successful bids/tenders.
The Package
- The seniority and level of experience required is reflected in the package, which includes a salary between INR. 800,000 to INR.10,00,000 per Annum + Variable Sales Incentive up to INR.600,000 to INR 100,0000 per annum.
