We are looking to hire trainee in Business department with us .Your job as a business development/Marketing manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
ROLE- Sales/Business Development Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILTY
o Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
o To create and run advertising campaigns
o Plan, organize and execute different training workshops
o Tie up annual business with companies.
o Understanding clients' needs and qualifying opportunities in line with business focus.
o Generate new business opportunities for new client acquisition
o Assess future and current training needs through to HR people of organizations based on new launches, industry trends and needs
o Develop marketing goals for your allocated country and team
o Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
o Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
o Collect Qualify leads from different marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
o Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
o Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
o Arranging promotional events for company national and international both.
o Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
o Prepare proposals for consulting and training.
o Database management on CRM tool.
o Designing the Promotional Communications.
o Marketing activities through social media network
