Job Description
- Work in sync with company's growth strategy and customer satisfaction
- Research and identify new markets and compile databases for prospects in various segments
- Study and gain product knowledge adequate to approach prospects confidently and eventually resolve their query
- Promote company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- obtain trustworthy feedback with respect to after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop and train recruits into valuable resource persons
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in a senior position
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM software
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge (preferable)
- Time management and planning skills
