Job Description:
- We are looking for business development managers in Field Sales.
- Candidates are required to show our mobile based and web based product to doctors and get them to be a paid subscriber with us.
- The job will involve candidates to visit doctors in their clinic, give them a demo of our Practice Management SaaS-based solution, explain the advantages of using technology, explain how our solution will benefit them in managing their clinic effective and finally convert the doctor into a paid subscriber.
- Target Doctors will be specialist practicing doctors, such as Dentist, Orthopedist, Eye Specialists, ENT Specialists, Gynecologist, etc
- Field training will be provided to new candidates.
The candidate should how the following:
- English communication skills. Should at least be able to converse in English and give the product demonstration in English.
- Willing to work in field sales and should be familiar with the geography of Mumbai.
- Should be tech savvy. Should be aware of most common features of a Smartphone and a laptop.
- Should also own an android phone which he or she will use to give the demo. (not compulsory)
- Should have at least one year of experience in field sales. The candidate’s earlier profile should involve generating actual sales.
- Should be willing to work in a start up environment.
- We prefer candidates in the age group 21 to 26. We will consider other age groups only if they have earlier worked in a start-up company and understand the start-up culture well.
- Preferably, should have a graduate degree. (not compulsorily)
- Compensation Offered: INR 1.5 to 3 lakh, annually
