Duties:
1. Responsible for Franchise development and business development.
2.Responsible to make follow company policy in developed franchise business partners.
3.Build and lead the team of business development managers and executives to deliver business goals.
4.create strategy and master plan to generate Franchise Partners leads for the zone in accordance with business plan for the aligned territories.
5.Develop company pitch, marketing material, go to market strategies and systematic framework to attract the best in class.
