Business Development Manager

Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Bringing new deals
closing business deals
Identifying sales opportunities
Achieving sales target
Pan India Travel
Maintaining Customer Relationship
Ready to do field work
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Revenue Generation: Evaluate current sales performance and identify ways an organization can expand and grow.
Market Research: Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
New client Acquisition: Researching prospective accounts in target markets through networking, database, market intelligence or reference from existing clients.
Retention of Existing clients
Conversion of leads into clients: Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Documentation: Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Team Handling: Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals. Providing training to business development staff whenever required.
