Reports to: Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business, partnerships, and clients in the life insurance sector.
Increase sales and market penetration.
Drive sales targets through effective management of sales channels and partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all business operations.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and product feedback to improve offerings.
Lead training sessions for agents and partners on product features, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
Track performance metrics and analyze sales data to adjust strategies for better results.
Manage a team of insurance agents, support their growth, and oversee overall business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
