Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Business Development will be responsible for all the agency recruiting & management as stated below

Key
Job Duties :
- Support the development of the new social application projects by recruiting and managing new agencies from India
- Preparing marketing and recruiting proposals for the company and being the contact with external agencies and other working partners
- Coordinate with internal operation teams, monitor the agencies' working progress, and host numbers
- Sorting up feedback from agencies and providing suggestions on policy & app functions improvement.
- Prepare training materials and provide training to external parties to ensure effective broadcast content
- Manage and create content for social media accounts and websites such as copywriting and choice of image.
- Collect and analyze market & competitor app's intelligence information to identify new trends and needs for the industry
- Degree holder or above
- 1-2 years Business Development or Agency Management experience
- Hands-on experience in voice chatting apps agency recruiting or management
- English can be a working language
- Possess strong negotiation and consultative skills
- Passionate about rapport building externally and internally
- Proactive go-getter, looking to Push Beyond Good, with the desire to constantly challenge oneself to be better than good to achieve excellent results
- Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
