Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects' financial status and requirements to determine their eligibility and fit for various loan options.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Underwriters: Hand off qualified leads to the loan processing/underwriting team and facilitate a smooth application process.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and financial regulations.
Meet Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
