About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research, lead generation through various portals and LinkedIn
2. Working on cold calling HR's of various companies to identify business opportunities and identifying new clients for providing staffing solutions and promoting services
3. Researching the client base to find new types of customers and selling them accordingly
4. Creating a plan for gaining customers and retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
5. Understanding and taking requirements from clients & ensuring fulfillment of the expectation of management, candidate, and client
6. Working on relationship building, generating more business from existing clients, and understanding the client's manpower requirements
7. Developing relationships with HR heads/hiring managers, business managers, CTOs, CEOs, VPs, vendor/contract managers, etc. of potential customers
8. Planning, scheduling & ensuring proper execution for major recruitment assignments
