Job Description

1. Identify business opportunities & generate leads through market research
2. Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting up to closure
3. Handle sales collection of business for industries assigned
4. Work on marketing and presentation of products and solutions to prospective customers
5. Maintain a cordial relationship with existing clients
6. Work on account management of existing and new clients regarding revenue and services
6. Maintain strong knowledge of the product, end customers, and competitors
7. Represent the company in key seminars, conferences, and tender openings
8. Work on RFQ, tender preparation, bids, and submission
9. Submit weekly, monthly sales reports to the direct manager as required
10. Possess market intelligence on related projects & opportunities, competition, and competitors
11. Prepare activities/trends and contingency plans for changing market conditions

1. MBA/diploma (Specialization in Marketing) will be preferred
2. Must have experience in B2B sales skills & competencies
3. Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Must have a knack for research and online marketing
5. Must have strong techno-commercial skills
6. Must have good presentation & negotiation skills
7. Must be able to deal with different kinds of customers
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 6 Lac/annum
