Job Description
1. Working closely with the CEO & sales team and complete all allocated tasks
2. Conducting sales research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff
3. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
4. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the management
5. Updating CRM and other records
6. Preparing presentations, proposals, work orders, etc.
7. Establishing communication channels with clients
8. Managing calendar of the CEO
9. Making calls to prospective customers.
10. Creating social media content

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our excellent team who can also work as executive assistant to the CEO. The Sales Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the CEO, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, creating content, and assisting the sales team wherever possible. The intern should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.
