Job Description
1. Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
2. Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
3. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
4. Reaching out to customer leads through cold-calling
5. Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7. Analyzing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales and status reports
8. Assisting in supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
9. Improving through feedback continuously

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per application sale).
