About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on cold calling and generating sales
2. Responding to the inquiries and queries from customers and providing a thorough and speedy resolution/information via calls, emails, and chats
3. Following up on customer issues, opening complaints, and providing timely closures
4. Providing feedbacks to the business team based on customer requests and complaints
5. Ensuring all the related notes or calls and comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to the clients
6. Maintaining our knowledge-base documents
7. Making the customer feel empowered and happy after each interaction
