Job Description
1. Creating a database of teachers with predefined criteria
2. Conducting online surveys to get a better understanding of the target group
3. Sourcing teachers through relevant channels to bring more teachers to the database
4. Understanding and conveying the OpenHouse philosophy to the teachers, qualify them based on our criteria and then setting up a detailed meeting for the next steps
5. Taking end-to-end ownership of identifying, reaching out, and then qualifying the teachers for the next steps
6. Helping us find and identify the most trusted and reputed after-school teachers of the city who we can help become online first
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Feb'21 and 23rd Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Indore, Jamshedpur, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Surat, Visakhapatnam, Kochi, Jaipur, Pune, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be young and enthusiastic
2. Must be able to figure out different ways to enlarge the database
3. Must be a team player as the intern shall be working with a team and to close the loop, the intern should be coordinating with the rest of the team
4. Must be persistent as the intern will be regularly in touch with the lead
5. Must have good communication skills
6. Must have the willingness and ability to hustle
7. Must have previous business development experience
8. Candidates who are in college in their 1st-2nd year can apply
