Job Description
1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
4. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
5. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
7. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
8. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
9. Developing quotes and proposals
10. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
11. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
12. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Jan'21 and 6th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Anantapur, Aurangabad, Chandigarh, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Noida and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sales).
