Proper use of Productive Selling Time; i.e., Calls in Late Evenings with a minimum of three Surgeons Per Day
“Doctors not available” at the hospital to be monitored and update the Reports with Remarks. He should also have the Wheel Based Interaction with the Team.
He should Knows the Effective uses of Selling Presentations as well as Standard Answers to Objections.
Stays within Expense Budget.
Maintains Relationships with the District Manager, Fellow Territory Managers, and Customers.
Maintains Adequate Supply of Promotional Tools.
