Job Description
About the Internship:
- You will be responsible for selecting and identifying partners who will be working as certified CueMath teachers and run their independent centres as entrepreneurs.
- We target qualified professionals (mostly women) who took a break for family related responsibilities or prefer working from home.
- We provide them a platform to share their knowledge and at the same time promote them to have an independent career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate incoming leads and applications received for becoming Cuemath Partners
- Process applications with Inbound and Outbound calling and assess partner fit in terms of technical skills (mathematics background), teaching experience and entrepreneurial mindset
- Grow and nurture partner relationships in every interaction
- Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed
- Balance partner interests with the interests of Cuemath
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet business needs
