About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the centre and its products
2. Stay responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data generated
3. Work closely with the channel partner and company to ensure leads are generated
4. Convert the calls to new business leads
5. Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided
6. Inform potential client's of the company's products and services
7. Gather relevant school and corporate information
8. Use company databases to gain potential leads
9. Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
10. Deal with telephone queries
11. Build relationships with colleagues and clients
12. Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values
13. Ensure service is prompt, polite, and professional standards are kept
14. Assist with other departments as required
